Where is my order? 

Once you have received notice that your package has shipped, rest assured that your package is in transit. Occasionally there are delays in tracking updates during peak periods such as Christmas or during some severe weather events; however the carrier details will be updated once your package arrives at your local post office. Our orders are typically fulfilled within 2 – 5 business days of the order date.  Please use the shipping tracking number on your confirmation email to track your order. 

What couriers do you use to ship to Canada? 

In Canada we use Canada Post.

Where do you ship to? 

At this time we are shipping to Canada only for goods purchased on whdwarehousesale.com.

What is your return policy? 

All merchandise that is reduced in price, on sale or marked as clearance is a final sale.  Exchanges are permitted.  $9.95 + applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping charges.

How do I figure out which size is best for me? 

Please use the “standard size guide” to find the measurements, listed in both Metric and Imperial. For further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team. 

Can I change my order once I’ve submitted it? 

Once your order has been placed, we will start to fulfill it. Unfortunately, this means we cannot make changes to an order once it’s placed. In limited circumstances we may be able to cancel the order if it’s not shipped yet.  Please contact us at clearance@sympli.com.

Do you offer price adjustments? 

We do not offer price adjustments for merchandise purchased on wdhwarehousesale.com.  

Is my credit card charged at the time I place my order? 

Yes.  Payment is collected at the time of order submission.  

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

No. All orders will be shipped to you.  We do not offer curb-side pickup. 

Why are there shipping charges on my order?

All orders processed on whdwarehousesale.com are subject to $9.95 + applicable tax for shipping charges regardless of the amount or size of the order. 

Can I combine my orders? 

We are unable to combine orders placed on whdwarehousesale.com.  All orders will be fulfilled and shipped in the order in which they were submitted.
