All merchandise that is reduced in price, on sale or marked as clearance is a final sale
Exchanges are permitted. 

Please contact Customer Service at clearance@sympli.com or at 1.844.407.0043 Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm PST for a Return Authorization.

Request for an exchange needs to be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items, for unworn, unwashed and damage-free garments that have the product tags still attached. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

Once the item is received in our warehouse we will inspect the garment and process the return within 5 business days of receipt. $9.95 + applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable.
